PCR testing for under 5

For PCR testing for kids under 5, DCL says you can complete the testing 1-3 days before sailing. If I am sailing on Monday August 29th, does that mean the PCR test can be taken as early as Friday August 26th? Or Saturday August 27th?

It would be Friday. My sailing is Saturday and the PCR can be done starting Wednesday.
