Is the character breakfast at PCH grill a buffet only or can you order off a menu?

It is just a buffet. Only Storytellers in GCH has a dual buffet and menu character breakfast.

When we went last in 2009, 4 in our party had the buffet and I ordered off the menu. So, if it is still the same, it can be done both ways. I am not a huge buffet person (nor a big eater) so I ordered waffles or pancakes from the menu.
