PCH Grill vs Goofy's Kitchen breakfast?

For a character breakfast, is there a huge different between PCH and Goofy's Kitchen?

We preferred the character interaction at PCH much more. In the hour and a half at Goofy's we saw 3 characters and the food was dismal.

PCH we saw al characters multiple times and the food was much better.

Goffy's has a bigger food selection but I agree that the character interaction and food quality is MUCH better at PCH grill.
