Wow, I actually received the CIA email this morning! I've got a great email provider that isolates virus from reaching my computer.

I just received one listed on the McAfee link. It was the funniest one I've ever received:

"Dear Sir/Madam,

we have logged your IP-address on more than 30 illegal Websites.

It contained a zip file that I didn't open. I found the information on this virus at:
http://www.cia.gov/

"Some members of the public have in the past few days received a bogus e-mail falsely attributed to CIA's Office of Public Affairs. CIA did not send that message. In fact, it does not send unsolicited e-mail to the general public, period. If you have gotten such a message, we strongly encourage you not to open the attachment, which contains a destructive virus."

I wasn't worried about the virus as it is a Windows virus and I use Mac but I never knew that the DisBoard was an illegal site.
