Will I be able to get into my room early on opening day? I booked that night because it is our wedding night and I didn't want to go back to the grand villa with all his family. But after I was thinking about it, I would really like to get ready in the poly room. I know they open at 7 am, but what are the chances that I can check in and go ahead and get into my room?

No one will know for certain until that day.
When BLT opened, people were checking in early. There were several reports posted by 10am that day.

I would contact resort, I would also email. Add early checking to your resv. Obviously if you are getting married on property check with your coordinator.

Lastly I would stop at front desk the day prior or sooner. I'm assuming you will be in area prior to wedding day and speak to a front desk manager.

I hope so! We are spending two nights there starting on opening day. Our plane lands at 11:05 so I'm hoping to get there around noon or 12:30. It would be awesome if the rooms are ready...even more so if they succeed in opening the pool on time!

They should be ready since no one slept there the night before!

Typically cast members stay there a few days before to test everything out. So someone could be there the night before.
