PBR Phone Numbers?

Is there a phone number I can call that will connect me with the front desk at PBR? I would like to call someone the day before we arrive just to check about a possible upgrade. Right now if I call the hotel contact number I found at US website they just send me back to the 800 reservation number. They are unable to give me any information on upgrades or if I will be in the location I requested. Any suggestions?

407-503-1000 and ask for guest services. Billy, Candice or Jeff can help you out. I would call the morning of check in to get a definite before you got off the phone. If you call the day before you get the same ole' can't tell you routine. Have a great time.
