Hi!

Okay, yesterday AllieKat helped me secure a map of the PBH so that I could take a look at the layout. Maybe I'm just a little slow, but I think that the PBH resort map is A LOT harder to decipher -- as far as estimating distances between amenities, room locations, etc -- than the WDW resort maps.

Here is a link to the resort map: PBH Resort Map

We would like to be located on the uppermost floor, in the West Guest Wing, as close to Delfino Riviera as possible. We've reserved a Deluxe Bay View room.

Also, which rooms typically have the balconies?

I know that it is just a request and not guaranteed, but I'd like to add our preferences to the reservation...

Thank you so much!

You are in luck because on the 5th floor (top) of the west wing are some deluxe rooms all of which have balconies. They are connecting rooms to villa parlors but if they are not being used in connection with the suites then you can have one. 3531 and 3557 have two queen beds. They both have covered balconies . Covered means that it has a roof and concrete walls with openings all around. I think they are pretty cool. 3537 and 3551 have king beds also with balconies. 3537 and 3531 have the better views as they are the first rooms off the elevator. Hope that helps.
