My family stayed at the HRH a few years ago right after their refurb--the entire time, my husband kept saying he wanted to stay at PBH if we ever returned. So, for our upcoming trip, I booked a Queen Deluxe room at the PBH for Aug 1-6. I was very excited until I started reading reviews on Trip Advisor!
I know that Trip Advisor and similar sights generally get more bad than good reviews, but there were barely any good reviews from recent guests. If you have stayed at PBH recently and you have pictures of the interior please share. Do the rooms have flat screen TV's? How long has it been since the rooms were refurbished? Would you stay there again?
