PBH Club Level vs. HRH CLub Level

It is only $21 more a night using APH discount to stay PBH Club(I guess this is new?) vs. HRH club. We are only there 3 nights - is $63 worth it? Is the PBH that nicer?

258 vs 237 using APH for check in June 13 - check out June 17

What would be the advantage of PBH - bigger rooms? better amenities? I know the decore is "nicer". Better service?
