Payments on package

Hi Everyone!

I booked a package (room + tickets + dining) for May on Friday (YAY). I put down the required $200 deposit. Yesterday, I received an email that I will need to make a payment by Monday (tomorrow). Does anyone know whether this is asking me for the $200 I already put down, or if they require more money tomorrow? I tried looking it up on line, but cannot seem to find out whether there is an official payment schedule or not?

Final payment is due 30 days before your check in date.

Thanks! So are you saying that I do not need to make another payment until 30 days before my check in day, if I chose? I understand that is when final payment is required, just trying to determine if I need to make installments or if I have the option to wait to pay the remainder until 30 days before.

Did you book through Dusney directly? Or a travel agent?

If you booked directly with Disney, you don't have to make any payments until 30 days prior when your balance is due. You can make payments along the way if you'd like. This could all be very different if you booked through a Travel Agent.

Hmm, maybe the card didn't go through for your deposit, which is why they are asking for it again?

I received an email confirmation of the payment and it shows the balance owing minus the payment I made Friday, so hopefully that is not the case.
