okay, So...We just came back from our trip this weekend. 6 days in the parks. I took with me TWO pair of the Payless Airwalks and one pair of Croc Niles. I wore the Airwalks the first three days and LOVED them. Not a single blister, my feet felt as fresh at the end of the day as they did at the begining. So...on day 4, our first full day at MK, I decided to wear my Niles, since they went really well with the outfit I was wearing :rolleyes2 . BIGGEST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE :furious:
Within Two hours, my feet were positively KILLING me!!! They were throbbing and I was starting to get rub spots on the top of my right foot and a blister on the pinkie of my left. Unbelieveable. I did wear them around the house a lot before we left, put them in the dryer to stretch them just a bit, etc. Thought they were good to go. Was i wrong. Put a huge damper on the rest of my day at MK. The next day it was back to my Airwalks, but I had to put bandaids all over the spots on my feet where the crocs had rubbed. I felt much better, but was so mad at myself for changing shoes mid week! Never again. My airwalks will be my constand companions for the rest of my life! LOL. :thumbsup2
Gonna go buy up all they have tomorrow!

Huh! Interesting, I think Crocs are too ugly to pay $29 for just to wear at WDW. I might not mind paying for Airwalks if the price is right. So did you wear them with socks?

NO! No socks!! I have worn them around OH with Socks, but not at WDW last week. :thumbsup2

I almost bought myself a pair of Airwalks a couple weeks ago and now I'm regretting it a little. My only question is if it's too hot and humid for those shoes in August? I can't picture myself ever wearing them in public with socks, but I've heard that they can make your feet sweaty and someone wrote that they can actually make a noise when you walk in them with sweaty feet. Are any of these things true?

i just bought mine (the croc clogs~ the slip on kind)this past weekend, and i don't think i will ever need my other shoes again! :thumbsup2
we went up north to great wolf lodge (indoor water park), and they definatley squeaked when my feet were wet. people could hear me coming from a mile away! i got to the hotel room, and slipped them off, rubbed my feet on carpet to dry them a bit, and the squeek was gone. but i didn't care! they are sooooo comfy! i finally found my dd a pair of the airwalks (payless) and she loves them too. when she stops growing so fast i will get her the real crocs.

i love them!!
