Hello all, we went to DLP in March for 5 nights after having much help/guidance from yourselves in arranging our stay.

We're now tempted to return to the magic for a couple of days in the build up to christmas, not for the rides but for the general festive feel.

I have loads of clubcard vouchers and figure if I pay with them then it's like a freebie, so can anyone let me know who I can book this with using the vouchers please ?

Also we stayed at Hotel NY in March and were more than satisfied with it, but just wondered if there are any other hotels on site with the same standards that are any cheaper. I looked at Newport Bay and that was much the same price, and we were happy with the location of Hotel NY too.

Main question though how can I book and pay with my clubcard vouchers?

Thanks again in advance

Natx

Good thread here regarding Tesco vouchers.

Have a look at Tesco.com since previous threads have talked about Cresta/Bridge coming off Tesco so the options might be limited.

If the price difference is minimal, then I would stick with the New York over the Newport Bay. Rooms are bigger and, as you say, the location is very good - the walk to the Newport Bay is quite a bit longer.

I'm sure this has been asked before but can't find it (easily ) in the search. Is there a date you have to take your holiday by with Cresta/Bridge or does it only specify booking before 31OCT06. Can't find anything on Tesco/Cresta which tells me :confused3

yep you`re right disneyangel ,cresta and bridge are pulling out of the clubcard deals so if you want to use your vouchers with them its got to be booked before oct 31st,after that we`re left with ledger but its got to be a coach holiday!!

Sorry a silly question but my mum and dad were going to give me some tesco vouchers to add to mine ,but can you use different names on ouchers when trading them in for holiday vouchers just wondered if anyone knew ,thanks

i tnink unless they are also going on the trip then they have to be all in the same name ,i think its surname so if you`ve got the same surname still you might be able to get away with it
