Most packages require a $200 deposit with the balance to be paid in full 45 days prior to the beginning date of the trip. A full refund of the deposit will be given if cancellation occurs prior to the 45-day mark. Within 44 to 6 days, there is a $100/package cancellation fee. For 5 days or less, the fee is $200. In addition, any changes to your package inside of the 45-day mark will result in a "change fee" of $50.
For room-only ressies, a deposit rqual to one night's stay is required. For a deluze hotel, that cost can exceed $200. The balance is due upon check in. You have until 5 days from your trip to cancel your ressie with no penalty. Disney will allow you to change the ressie inside of that 5-day mark without a penalty.
