What papers should we get from DVC when we pay off our contracts?
We pay off our 100 pt contract a while ago and got nothing yet.

You will eventually get a satisfaction of mortgage document which also gets filed with the local real estate recorder (the comptroller in Florida). It can take a couple months to get it from Disney. It may already be recorded and you can get a copy on-line. Go here: http://www.occompt.com/disclaimer.html then click accept, next page click proceed, and on next page put in your name (last name followed by first name) in the "grantee" field and click search and then look for filings in your name in list provided.

I just looked up my warranty of deed thru your link.....it shows our address on it c/o Timeshare Store. Should it have our home address?
