Is there any way that I can pay the balance of my hotel room online or do I have to call up to do it?

I booked 2 nights at Grand Destino on Disney.com and did not use a TA.

You do need to call, however, you'll be able to pay through the automated system and not have to wait for a CM. It's easy and painless.

Yep, just did it yesterday. Though oddly I tried to do it the night before and the automated system was unable to process payments at that time. So when it works, easy and painless. When it doesn't, not, LOL
So moral of story, don't wait till too close to the trip

That is the number I called. Had maybe a 3 minute wait.

took care of my payment , and cancelled our magical express in about 5 minutes time.

I thought they needed full payment 60 days before your arrival date.
Or is that only for a package like tickets and room reservations ?

Packages used to have to be paid in full by 60 (or maybe 45) days out but it's now 30 days. Balances for Room only reservations are due upon check in.

Not sure. I thought I didnt need to pay until I arrived but I wanted to get it out of the way.

I do have a room only reservation

Do you actually ever have to call? I usually leave a credit card on file and it just gets charged to the card whenever it’s time to pay.

Some of the reasons you would have to call:

You don't have a credit card on file.
You have a credit card on file but want to pay off balance with a different card or gift cards.
You have a room only booked and want to make payments every so often as to not have a large balance upon arrival.
