Evening everyone! Just a quick question, I am looking at booking cafe mickey for breakfast one morning, my question is my DS is 20 months, do I need to pay for a childrens buffet for him or can he share from our plates? I know in florida we didn't pay for any buffet meals for him he could just share what we had but obviously paid in table restaurants when we ordered him a kids meal - is this the same in dlp or do I need to pay for a breakfast for him?

Thanks!

Sorry one more question! We are staying in Davy Crockett, how much do I pay for breakfast? It seems to be more expensive if you're staying in dc than any of the non disney partner hotels? Just a bit confused!!!

Under 3s eat free at any buffets in DLP so that will include breakfast in Cafe Mickey as well. He doesn't have to share from your food either he can get his own plate and his own food.
At table service restaurants you can either order him a children's meal or he can share yours - sometimes you can just buy an extra side of something and let him have that with something from your plate as well if needed. Occasionally people have been given something free for under 3s at table service meals but its not guaranteed

The breakfast price is cheaper for people staying in Disney hotels as your breakfast is included there so what you are doing really is upgrading your breakfast to a character meal - I don't think breakfast is included now at Davy Crocket is it which is probably why its more expensive so the same price as non disney hotel guests

Sorry Ive just seen that you said it seems more expensive than people at non disney hotels - Im not sure why this would be

I don't know why DCR doesn't include breakfast any more. I assume you're driving? If so I'd suggest stocking up on breakfast stuff before you go as you'll have a small kitchen where you can prepare food.

It is very expensive, but sadly the free breakfasts are a thing of the past :(

It was essentially, baguettes, croissants and drinks, so you can stock up on similar items via the supermarket at Val d'Europe for a fraction of the price.

Thanks everyone, I think the price difference for other hotel guests for cafe mickey must be due to the fact you get breakfast included in the other hotels as well whereas we don't in DC!
