Can I use Disney Rewards points (from my Disney Visa) to pay for the QSDP that I added to my reservation?

Yes, at check in - as long as you have transferred your points to a rewards card. You can pay the balance (if there is one) with cash, check or credit card.

And make sure that you use all the points before the card expires or you lose them.
