Paying for a tour with Disney visa

I just paid for a tour and it didn’t give me the 15 percent off. I called and they told me it was because my card isn’t saved. I checked and the card is saved. She then said to talk with them when we check in. Does this sound right? I am wondering if I should cancel and rebook.

I haven't tried a tour but for a lot of Disney Visa discounts, the person processing the payment has to input the discount code or select a different product code in order for the discount to work. I have this exact issue with mobile order on the app where often times, I can select the Disney Visa in my account to pay for food but the discount won't show up so I have to line up in person to get the discount.

I personally would cancel and rebook, making sure it shows up properly. Disney loves to blame the customer when the problem stems from their bad IT and it would be better to avoid the risk of a lengthy argument on the day of your tour.

We didn't get the discount either. When we checked in, we brought it to their attention. They offered to refund us the difference on the credit card or food vouchers for the same amount.
