We are booked for the DVC member cruise in Sept. It is paid in full.
Does anybody know if we have the option of changing this to use points for payment instead? Would it incur the $95 change fee?

You can ask, but my understanding is that there is no availability to pay for a cruise with points until after October. That includes converting a cash reservation to a points reservation. There is a limit to the number of cruises allowed for points and DVC reached the limit last September. No more allowed until next fiscal year begins in October.

And yes, if you are allowed to convert, you will pay the $95 fee.

You would need to call MS and ask them. The $95 transaction fee was waived for the initial booking for the member cruise. Any changes will incure the fee. They would probably have to cancel your current reservation and rebook to change the payment method.

I don't understand why anyone would want to do this. If you need cash, rent out however many points you need to rent to get the cash you need.
