Paying final balance when we don't know whether we will be allowed to travel from UK?

Our trip is coming up in September and balance is due in July. Everything is booked direct with WDW. Currently travel from UK looks unlikely but as you know things change by the minute. Does anyone know what happens if we pay our final balance and then aren't allowed to travel please? Will WDW transfer all our money over to another date next year? Or do we lose the money? Thanks

Since you are an international Guest in the UK you need to contact your Disney Travel team. Please call 0800 028 0778 (UK) or 1800 812 678 (Ireland).

New or existing Disney Resort hotel reservations and tickets: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Saturday 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Sunday 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Dining reservations, technical support and other enquiries: daily from noon to 10:00 PM

If you booked with Disney UK they’re offering free cancellation. Check your invoice but I believe you will be able to cancel up to a date in August. If you’ve paid your balance Disney should refund you the whole amount.
