Can you pay annual dues with a Disney Gift Card?

We will be paying our dues in full every January and we'd like to use gift cards purchased from the TRIP program at our DD's school. That way we can say that their Disney trips are helping to pay for their education!

You need to call and ask Disney, they are the only ones that can say. Though that is a good idea, my daughters school sells them to. I will be calling to ask.

My understanding is that you can pay your dues with a Disney gift card.

We recently signed up for a Disney Visa and the current offer for DVC members was a $75 Disney Gift Card with approval and first purchase. The promotional stuff on the website and via follow-up email specifically said it could be used to pay your DVC dues. Hopefully that information is correct.

Yup!! I just got the e-mail from member accounting and YES, I can pay my annual dues with a Disney Gift Card! This is AWESOME! I put our monthly dues into a savings account each month (which earns 3% interest) and now I can take it out and buy a gift card from our TRIP program at school. This way, I am earning tuition $$$ for my girls AND paying for Disney!

I'm not sure - however, you can use disney rewards dollars to buy disney gift certificates. So even if you couldn't use reward dollars, you could buy a gift certificate with your reward dollars and use the gift certificate to pay for dues.
