Payease Payment Gateway

I almost placed an order on a shoe website, I say almost because I got suspicious before reaching the enter payment info. page- It mentioned "PAYEASE Payment Gateway" what the heck is that? I never put my cc-information in - the website is stating I have a pending order, I can't seem to cancel it- but without my cc info should I even be concerned?

Anyone ever hear of the "Payease"? Wondering if I should call my cc company anyway, but since I never entered my info, maybe I'm just overreacting..

Just a Google search revealed it is a payment service based in China. There are also a number of scam posts from people about it, but one place said it was the largest mobile payment service in China. So I don't know that the payment service itself is a scam.

But what you should be wary of is ordering shoes from China - I'm sure the shoes will be fakes.
