Pat's font for Princess/Cinderella Invites

Does anyone know which font Pat uses in these inivtations and how to put in the 'separation' character between the lines (not sure what this is called). I was going to give this a try myself, but if anyone else has a similar format that's easily edited, I would appreciate any help.
