Patina Group, Which Restaurant, Birthday Club?

We'll be visiting the DLR during my birthday month so I thought I'd sign up. I do have a few questions.

Which DTD restaurant would you recommend?

When signing up do I choose California or my home state as our location?

Okay, found out that I need to list my location as Anaheim. Any restaurant recommendations?

I used my birthday gift certificate at Naples and really enjoyed it. We actually forgot it in the hotel room, and the manager still honored it. I offered to pull up the email on my phone, but they didn't even look at it and just credited the bill.

I've heard good things about Catal/Uva, but haven't eaten there. I had no interest in Tortilla Joe's, having Mexican food several times per week at home.

Which restaurant you choose reallly depends on what kind of food and atmosphere you like. If you like Italian, go for Naples. If Mexican, go for Tortilla Jo's. Casual bar atmosphere and people watching, go for Uva Bar. Little more upscale, go for Catal. We like all these places -- it really just depends on our mood and what we and our friends want to eat. Look at the menus online to see what looks like the best fit for you.
