I remember finding a website with a table of past AP (and other discount) release dates somewhere, but now I can't remember where it was. I could swear it was on mousesavers or allears somewhere, but maybe not... Can anyone help?

Do you know why, before 2003, the rates were always released like 6 months in advance, and now they release them just weeks ahead of time? Does anyone expect them to go back to giving us more warning?
