The directions from the Circle Centre website are inaccurate. They have not updated them to take into consideration the Hyperfix. 65 and 70 through downtown is closed.
I went on a mission this morning to find the easiest ways to get to the mall for you, and the mission is concluded and I succeeded.
Ok, Here are the directions from 3 different ways. I hope it helps.
From the North East-
Take 70 West to 65 North. (exit 83B).
Take 65 North until you reach the Meridian/Pennsylvania streets exit. (113)
Be in left lane and turn left onto Pennsylvania.
Take Pennsylvania to downtown. Be in right hand lane and turn right onto Washington street.
Immediately get in the very lefthand lane. It will take you directly to the parking garage entrance.
From the North West
Take 65 South, to Meridian street exit (113).
Do not turn right onto Meridian, go straight to Pennsylvania and then turn right.
Take Pennsylvania to downtown. Be in right hand lane and turn right onto Washington street.
Immediately get in the very lefthand lane. It will take you directly to the parking garage entrance.
From the South-
Take 65 North to 70 West.
Take 70 West to McCarty street exit (79B)
Now go North. Now it gets confusing. The road you are on changes names, do not get off that road. It will eventually turn into Meridian street.
Take Meridian street north to Washington street and turn left. Stay in the very left lane, it will take you directly to the parking garage entrance.
That end of the Mall is the Parisian end, it has the food court, and the Arts Garden that you see when you drive up.
Where ever you end up parking, get to the Parisian end of the mall and the food court on level 3, and then the Arts Garden balcony.
These are the directions from the north. Follow the blue dots, The red dot is the parking garage.
These are the directions from the south, coming up I65. Again, follow the blue dots, and the red dot is the parking garage.
