Passport book question

I was going to steer away from the passpot books but they are so darn cute and I think my girls would love to fill them so I've decided to make some.

I have a few questions though. Would 2 pages be enough fro each country? Like the stamp page and the message page? Are the other blank pages just for pics? Also, about how long does it take to get through all the countries? I'm thinking my 1/2 day at Epcot may need to be changed to a full day now.
