Passion Fruit Drink at Coronado Springs?

We just returned and have been trying to remember the name of the alcoholic drink served at the bar at Coronado Springs - this would be the bar at Pepper Market. I know it's Passion Fruit and that it starts with a "c" and ends in an "i". Anyone have any clues? It was to die for and we really want to make it ourselves but I have to have the name first. Thanks!
