I am beyond thrilled to be sharing this pre-trip report with all of you! It has been 20 years in the making.
My DH and I will be taking our soon-to-be 2 year old daughter Harper to Disney for the first time this November and my MIL and FIL will be along for the ride with us! Our trip dates are November 5-10, 2017 and we are staying at POR in two Royal Rooms. We are also super excited to be attending the first night of MVMCP while we're there!
Some background on the trip for you: my Disney nerdery has been completely rekindled since becoming a mom. When I was younger my family traveled to WDW twice and they were incredibly joyful and magical memories from me. My last trip was 20 years ago when I was 10. Once I had my daughter I immediately realized how important it was for me to pass the magic down to her and make Disney a part of our family. My DH has only been to DL a long time ago so this will be his first trip! He's somewhat reluctant but warming up and ready to enjoy himself.
Here is a brief rundown of our plans. We just booked flights this weekend and will be making our dining reservations in a few short days. We will be on the DDP to make things easy and worry free. Hope you'll come along for the ride!
