I am trying to Login in to the passholder section of the disney site for the first time and I am having trouble.

The site shows three examples of passes (mine is an annual premium exchange certificate) and it seems like the 3rd example best fits my card....but I cannot login.
Anyone with any advice.?..it should be simple....but somethings online just never are as simple as they should be.
