DH and I are going for 10 days but have a 9 day hopper plus pass...We arrive on a Friday...My question is once you use one day of your pass do the rest of the days have to be used in consecutive order or can I use it say Friday, Sunday, Wednesday etc and still have days remaining that I haven't used....without having to worry about losing any days...

Yes, you can do that. The park-hopper does not have to be used on consecutive days, but the amount of days left will expire after 14 days of first day of use, unless you upgrade to the No Expiration option.
