Passed ROFR!

Hope things keep moving the way they are. Put in an offer late last week and got an email last night saying Disney waived ROFR. 130 Pts SSR with December UY. We were hoping to get something for April school vacation, but from reading the other posts, looks like we may missed our window and they're filling up quick. Another thread is saying that only SSR and OKW have availability left for April and by the time we would be able to book, I'm not so sure on availability. Has everyone's experience been that the studios are the first ones to go?

GV then studio - mostly.

but remember that both OKW and SSR are big resorts - so they have more cancelations than the other resorts. So if you want to stay at SSR you probably can. even if you have to go on the wait list.
