Passanger Drop Off at Parks

On our April trips, I will be renting a mini van and staying OFF SITE

On some days, I will be dropping off 1/2 of our party at one of the WDW parks and then heading to another park or even to Universal Studios.

I assume that all of the parks have a passanger drop off area near the front gates? You don't have to pay the parking fee to get your car into that area?

Second Question:
I believe that I can pay the parking fee at one park and then use my parking ticket for free parking at a different WDW park later that day after nap/swim??

Thanks

I believe that you will have to pay at the first park you go to. There really aren't any 'drop off' areas close to the front gates per se. You can drop them off, then go to a different park and park free with your previous receipt (I believe).
Just to let you know...if going to MK, it's really much faster and less strenuous to take the Disney bus from the resort if you are staying on-site. It drops you off much closer to the entrance to MK..if you take a car, it's a long walk, or tram ride, to the ferry or monorail that take you to MK.
