party of 3 vs party of 4

we're traveling with a baby and toddler and making last minute reservations for November. Will I have better luck with a party of 3 or a party of 4? I was thinking that we could squeeze in a highchair alongside a smaller table if needed. any advice would be great!

You will need to book as a party of 4, even if the baby does not need their own seat. They still count for fire codes.

You must count all bodies, whether they take a seat or eat or not. So you are a party of 4
