hey guys- i'm home.
well it's been a very long day. she did have the surgery and it looks like it went pretty well. it was a long surgery. the tumor was the size of a basketball!!!!! can you believe that?? it is cancer, but it looks like they got it all. it was not attached to anything. no major organs or anything. so today is today and tomorrow is tomorrow. he said we just have to get her over this hump. she's been so sick for so long, she has a lot to get over at this point. she will probably spend a few days in intensive care. he said he did talk to her and tell her he was coming to tell us everything and she was awake, but that she would probably not remember any of that.
so please keep her in your prayers as the next few days will be rough.

thank you everyone for EVERYTHING. all your thoughts, prayers, pixie dust, hugs, everything.
i could not pick a better bunch of friends if i tried!

You all will stay in my prayers as the days go on. I know she has a long road ahead, but that's wonderful news that they think they got it all and there were no complications.
