Party of 2 for Paris and DLP or Party of 5 for Disneyland California?? Trying to decide.

I'd go with the one you do less often. If it's hard to get away with just DH, I'd do that trip. If it's hard to get the extended family together and easier to plan trips with just DH, I'd chose DL. It's harder for me to be alone with DH since we have teens/tweens so I'd ditch my kids in a second if the opportunity presented itself. I have a vacation addiction so they already go many places.

We stayed at the Camelot Inn and Suites, one of the good neighbor hotels when we went to Disneyland. It's a very short walk to the main gate. ok, then I'm going to change my answer. If you go to WDW all the time with your grandson, then I don't see DL as a make or break trip. The best part that isn't at WDW is CarsLand, and that can wait a year or two or three.
