My brother's family and mine have an ADR for Teppanyaki in September. It will be a total of 10 people: 4 adults and 6 kids ranging in age from 4 to 11.

I know the tables seat 8, but since we have several kids, will they let us squeeze around one table? Alot of the fun will be lost if we can't sit together.

Sorry, Teppanyaki is very strict about this policy-only 8 to a table. It does not matter if it is adults, kids or little ones in a high chair. Only 8 to a table. I really wanted to book Teppanyaki for our upcoming trip yet did not because I did not want our party of 9 to be split up there. :sad1:

Bummer! Ok, will they put us at tables right next to each other then? If so, would we still be able to converse? Or should we switch to another restaurant?

I don't remember the reservation agent saying anything about our party size when I made the ADR. :confused3

I am sure they would do their best to put you at tables next to one another yet, as I understand, there is no guantee. If they do, it would be very easy to converse with one another. What time is your ADR for?

It's at 5:45 pm on 9/7, so I'm thinking it should be a slower time.
I am happy to hear that you have an earlier ADR! From what i have been told, it will be much easier to be seated at tables next to one another with an early ADR. :thumbsup2

Thanks for your help, Lynn! I think we'll take a chance and hope we're seated near each other.
I am sure you will have a fantastic time! Have a magical adventure! :wizard:
