I'm trying to think back to last year when I got in line for PFTS. It worked out really good. Does 5:00 or 5:30 sound right??? I believe they took our name and then let us in the big doors at 6:00 and then the hall at 6:30. We came early enough that we were right up front by the big doors waiting.

What time is the best to get in line??? Am I thinking this correctly??? Sorry repeat question, but we leave tomorrow. Thanks!!!

We just did the PftS 10/20 -- we arrived around 5:00 and were in the first three "tiers" in front of the big doors. The big doors opened around 6:05, the curtains inside the building probably opened around 6:20.

Seating is limited. We saw no tables with chairs larger than a 6-top -- most were 4. And again, there were a lot of tall cocktail tables to stand at.

Personally, if I knew I had to stand, I wouldn't go. Paying $135 for a night to stand for 2.5 hours is ridiculous.

That's my rant, but go early, stand outside for an hour to "reserve" your table - thank goodness the temps were lower this Saturday and it was cloudy!

We liked standing- we met alot of interesting people who were looking for tables to share.

Thanks, I'm in agreement with swandiverpat, but only because medically it would be hard to stand all night. We are 4 and last year we got a table. Then we were only 2, but like Tom said, we did meet allot of interesting people that came by and shared out table. Thanks !!! We leave in exactly 17 minutes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
