Party 9: Cancel 1 - Policy ?

Two families traveling together to make a Party of 9.

Our problem: Due to work, my DH will not know till last possible minute if he can join us. He may make it for part of the vacation.

Dilemma: What is the cancellation policy for part of the Party? Don't want to lose the reservation, especially since we are with another family.

Can a ADR be changed last minute from 9 to 8?

How do I not get charged for places such as:
Ohana
Chef Mickey
Famtasmic Dinner Package

Can I call the night b4 to adjust the number so I won't be charge?

No problem at all. Keep the full reservation until you know for sure what's happening with DH and only cancel if you know for sure he won't be there. If so, it would be a nice courtesy to call and reduce your number, but not technically necessary. You will not be charged the no-show penalty as long as at least one of your party arrives to honor the reservation.
