Parks Game! Part 9! Keep Playing! Because If You Don't...You'll Be Sorry!

Here is your end of day 71 oz. Whiparita Granny, and a comfy chair to relax in. ;)

RU... I agree with Granny, I know it is Tinker Bell.

:p

I agree that it is Tinker Bell. She is named after my cat, Tinker Bell Anne Hermann (or was that the other way around? I can't remember. Too many Whiparitas. Or is that not enough Whiparitas. I can't remember that either). But I DO remember that it is Tinker Bell. Yes, definitely Tinker Bell.

IWBM, MBabe, and Granny all get pixir dusted AAQ cards. It is indeed Tinker Bell.

(Hey, my kitten in named Tinker Bell too.)

Anyway, follow up question:

In what year did Tinker Bell first fly over Disneyland?

RU

RU... I'll guess that Tinker Bell first flew over WDW in 1971 :teeth:

Psssstttt... RU, I am sure you meant to ask what year she first flew over WDW since our game is limited to WDW ;)

And a high flying AAQ card for James for knowing that Tink first took to the air in 1961!

(MBabe - Tink trancends park limitations; you should know that :p )

RU

I looked back but I couldn't find the answer, but did anyone ever answer the Mission: Space question about who was the first family in space?
If not, it was the Wilson family & dog.
I'm going to cash in an AAQ (this question may take several!) I hope it's not too tough!
Do you remember the joke in Mary Poppins abount a wooden leg named Smith? "And what's the name of his other leg?"
Anyway, where specifically at WDW can you find a wooden leg named Smith?

If by chance someone knows this right off the top of their head, please gives the others a chance first before answering. Thanks!

Is an hour long enough to wait to give the answer? You can find the wooden leg in the Frontierland train Station.

  What's with that?

Mbabe was right, this game is on WDW trivia, tho we
occasionally let the Emporer Higgs sneak in a DL one, but only him. :p

It was a WDW question! What's the problem?
You were right Sandy, but I was hoping the question was a little tougher than that! I guess there's no stumping this crowd!

Nothing's too tough for this crowd ::yes::

Okay, here's a question for you all:

Where in the world could answering the phone make you a part of the show?

James... I think MK was talking about RUs Disneyland question. When Higgs went to DL and came home with a load of DL questions, he had a hard time connecting them all to WDW so he created the Disney Trivia thread on the community boards.....

Disney Trivia...Let's Play!

I think RU most likely knows a lot of great DL trivia since he is a Californian. ;) I look forward to his challanges there. :)

Sandy.... Would that be at AT&T's Global Neighborhood?

:smooth:

Comedy Warehouse at DTD. :) Never had that seat, but it's a great place to go! :)

Isn't there also the 'Phone a complete stranger' at the Who Wants to be a Millionaire show at MGM?

AGH... Tink you beat me to it  I had just thought of that, came here to post, and found you had answered.

 Sandy.... I second Tink! :teeth:

:p

JamesD, I just didn't know why you wanted people who knew the answer to wait before posting is all....

Hmm...I can see gometro's question being answered correctly by yensid and tink, they're both right, but WWTBAM is in a park, so I'll bet tink has it. :p

Actually, I forgot about WWTBAM and I was just there in July when the host liked the guys answer so much, he had him brought in so that he could meet him.

I was thinking of the Comedy Warehouse, one of my favorite places to go after a day in the parks. So while I'll give yensid the Robin Williams AAQ, tink can have the Best Supporting Actor in a Comedy Series AAQ.

Whew! Lucky guess about Comedy Warehouse. :) I had forgotten about WWTBAM, tho.

My turn for a question... Hmmmm.... what to ask... what to ask....

In the Alien Encounter pre-show, what is the name of the creature being used as the "experiment"? I'm looking for the character name. :)

Hockey season starts tonight... soooooo......
GO STARS!!!

OK...I'm back...need something to do while I watch the Sox...:)

I was here yesterday...but I had posting problems....but here I am...

BTW...thanks for the plug about the other Trivia Thread MBabe....and it is true....I have had exemptions for Disneyland questions :)....but there were so many Disney questions, that we needed a new thread...not as big as the CC but a fun place...a "CC Annex" as it were....:)

Anyway....before I go back to the Sox...I'll answer Yensid's question....

Is the little alien named Skippy??

OK...let's get the CC TV tuned in :)

LET'S GO RED SOX!!!!!

Higgs is EXACTLY right!!!!

I'll second "SKIPPY"

Note: AE is closing as of October 12--rumored to become something with Lilo and Stitch--think I read that somewhere.
