If you get one of the tent sites at Wilderness, do you get to park for free in the parking lots for the parks (IE Get a parking permit like you do when staying at one of the resorts)...

...which would thus beg the question...I find it personally easier to just take my car from many of the Disney Resorts to the 3 parks not named Magic Kingdom than do the buses thing....From the campsites, would it be easier to just do the Disney transport...or is it easy in/out with the car from the campsites?

Thanks in advance for any and all answers/suggestions regarding this. :)

Campers at Fort Wilderness are given all of the same perks as guests in other WDW resorts: Parking Passes, Key to The World Cards, etc.

Some people prefer to drive their own vehicles from the Fort to the Parks, others prefer to use the transportation provided. Just like the other resorts, there is bus transportation to all of the parks (except the MK-transportation is via boat only).

We prefer to just drive our own car. It seems to work better for us. We think the transportation around the campground tends to be a little slow, but not that bad. So just use whatever you think will work best for your situation. Have a GREAT trip.
