Parking Options

I'm looking at buying an annual pass on Day 1 of our upcoming trip. Our flight gets in at 2 p.m. and we have reservations for the Candlelight Processional dinner package that night so we'll be heading straight to Epcot with rental car once we get luggage to our off-property vacation villa.

Is it possible to park in an Epcot lot without charge on the day one is picking up their annual pass? I won't have the pass in hand until we get to the park.

If not, where would you recommend parking?

Do you have a pre-paid AP voucher, or are you planning paying for the pass at the time of purchase? If you have a voucher, you could try explaining the situation to the parking CM and showing them the voucher. That may get you parking.

Or you could present your parking receipt when you buy the pass, and see if the CM will refund the charge at that time.

Another option, you could stop at DtD, purchase the AP at guests services, then drive to EPCOT.

Just pay at the toll plaza and take your receipt to the ticket window or Guest Relations window when you buy your AP. They will refund the pricce of the parking. This is normal and standard procedure.

fabulous to know, I have my voucher and need to park to get it as well.

You can always park at the Boardwalk or the overflow lot by the Hess station. That is where I park almost every time I have a car, even if I am heading to another park (I walk to DHS or grab a bus at the Boardwalk to the other parks). It is not a long walk at all and if you are leaving at park closing you aren't in a line of traffic.

Depending on the time you get there, they might not have anyone in the parking plazas anyway.
