Parking in EWR vs Vista or Other Lot?

We've flown out of EWR 3 times, getting shuttled to the terminal by a sleep 'n fly hotel each time. On the ride in it looked like a complicated route, I was glad I didn't have to do it. In Oct we have a 6 am flight and we're going to drive from Pa in the wee hours and park someplace and go. I'm undecided as to whether to use Vista or some other lot or just self park. My questions:

How easy is it to find my way into the EWR lot?

How easy is it to navigate to Vista or other lot?

What's the cost for each option?

Have you looked into the cost of car service? We live closer than you but found car service to be about the same as parking for a week and just easier
