Parking for oversized vehicles

We usually park in the open parking lot instead of the garage (Timon, I think) because we have an oversized truck--Ford F350 4X4 Supercab Longbed--and we usually don't fit in the regular spots either by length or height. I've heard that this parking lot may be closed for October and all traffic will be directed to the parking garage on the week days (we'll be there Oct. 9-11). We were placed in that parking lot by the cast members directing traffic with all the buses and campers on our last 3 visits. If this lot is closed, where will all the larger vehicles be directed to? Thanks! princess:

They'll put you in the Pinocchio lot (most likely) or the Chip & Dale lot. Pinocchio is right outside the parking structure. Chip & Dale is the lowest level. You'll enter through the parking structure to get there.

We have a suburban, would that be considered oversized? We usually don't have a problem fitting in regular parking spots and malls etc.

Nope. Unless you have some raised tripped out suburban you'll be just fine (though huge and ticking off the other drivers when you take 5 minutes to get into your spot :lmao: ) in the parking structure.

You'd be amazed how well I can back into a parking spot. Although if my DH is parking that might be a different issue, he's not used to the big car. :goodvibes

LOL :) I'm sure you'll be fine, it just always makes me laugh when the big old Hummer and Excursions (and Surburbans, Tahoes, and Explorers with bad drivers) have to take 5 point turns to get around the corners in the parking structure and into their space. Plenty of big cars do it just fine....some drivers not so fine though :rotfl2:
