Parking for MK

Hi! We are going to breakfast at 'ohana. We will be driving to the Polynesian hotel. Can we leave our car there during the day or do we have to drive to the Magic Kingdom's parking lot? Thanks for your help!!

There lot (as well as the other MK resorts) specifically states you cannot park there for theme park access and this would be even after a meal there. If you however choose to pay for valet $22 I think now and tips they will allow your car to stay there all day. If you are using a TIW card the free valet will not count because you only get 3 hours of parking with your meal. As the previous poster said it is a short walk from the TTC so just park there and walk or monorail over.

No. The lot is posted as not for theme park access. This is even more true now during the construction. Parking is very limited due to parts of the lot being closed and they are much more restrictive at present. Reason, those who are staying at the Poly have no other choice but to park at the Poly. You may be getting a parking spot simply because the Poly guests were put visiting another park or elsewhere. When the Poly guests return they need to be able to find a spot.

It's always important to help ensure that the resort's own guests have spots but even more so now. So, everyone should show the courtesy they'd expect at their home resorts and re-park after your ADR or even better, park at the TTC first as some have suggested.

It's a very nice walk through the grounds. We have often parked at Epcot (since we end our days there) and then take the monorail over to Magic Kingdom only to have the monorail connection and the ferry boat queue backed up so we just walk over to the Polynesian for their small boat to the Magic Kingdom.

You might consider taking a few extra moments to enjoy the Polynesian before your meal.
