Parking at Wilderness Lodge for Geyser Point

Is it possible to park at Wilderness Lodge to have dinner at Geyser Point if you are not staying at Wilderness Lodge? Thank you!

I went the first week in June and told them I was shopping and they let me park.

Usually not an issue at WL as long as it is not in the early morning as for Park opening time. Then they may want to see a reservation.

The rule for all resort parking is that if you have a table service reservation, you are supposed to be granted access. For counter service, shopping, etc., it's been a bit hit or miss for people. In either case, you are granted 3 hours access only (as they don't want people parking at resorts to go to the parks). It seems that a major factor regarding access is how full the lots are. In this regard, WL generally is more open than a Poly so your odds are better but not guaranteed.

Anyone try to park at WL recently to dine at Geyser Point? We are staying at Poly, but would like to try Geyser Point for our arrival night dinner. We'll have a rental car, so I was trying to avoid using the boat from MK if possible. Really wish we could just walk there
