Parking at DTD

I'm planning a trip in late April, staying off-site, and want to go do some window shopping at DTD the evening I arrive. Is there parking available for DTD, and if so, does it cost anything?

Parking is free, but at night it seems to be a little hard to find a spot. There is a TON of parking though, and it spans almost the whole length from the West Side through to the Marketplace. So you may have to walk a little bit at night.
