We are leaving for disney in 8 days!! woohoo. :Pinkbounc

We have decided to rent a car and probably drive to DL from our hotel as the parking fee and the shuttle fee is pretty similar. What I would like to know is if there is a shuttle going from the far ends of the parking to the entry?

Thanks in advance

Well, it depends on what parking lot you end up in. Early in the day the park you in the Parking Stuctures, and there is a tram. When that fills they put you in (I think it's Timon lot) and there is a tram. When that fills, they put you in Simba lot which is behind Paradise pier, and there is no tram and it is a long walk past Paradise Pier, Disneyland Hotel and through Downtown Disney.

This is my experience. I'll admit I don't ususally have to park in Disney parking lots, because I stay at an onsite hotel, but when I do drive in, this seems to be the order.

I'm sure someone who drives in more will correct any errors. (Plus, I think there is one more lot somewhere)
BTW, parking is $10.

The thing is, the trams pick up at one location and it isn't centralized to the structure. No matter where in the structure you are, you have to walk to one end and go down the escalators or elevators (unless you're in Chip & Dale or the Pinocchio lot which are on the ground level). This can be a significant walk, though if you get there early, you shouldn't be parked that far away. But if you get parked in the far end of the structure, or any of the lots, you have to hoof it all the way to where the trams pick up.
