Parking and stuff - is it free as a shareholder - also salon mikey

Its going to be our first time so we bought some shares and have our card - staying outside the complex

Got

4 x tickets from Sky for the 30th Oct

2 x tickets sky tickets for the 31st Oct (my birthday) registered for a free tickets - will still need to buy 1 for the wee fella

Bought 4 x tickets in the flash sale (thanks to this board)

Basically - is parking free as a shareholder

Whats the best time to get to the gates

Will we have trouble getting into salon mickey as its first come first served

no unfortunately you don't get free parking as a shareholder, you need an annual pass for that particular perk.

get to the gates before 9am to exchange your vouchers for park tickets. The park turnstiles (both the main park and the studios) open at around 9.30am each morning.

Salon Mickey is open from 9am to 12noon each day. You're going at a very busy time of year to DLP, so you might not get into Salon Mickey (its very small, and as you say, its first come first served). We usually go at 9am and have a pastry/cookie and a hot drink for breakfast there .

Some of the ticket offices under the DLH open from 8.00 am so you can get there as early as that to exchange your tickets each day if you like

If you park in the Disney Village car park it is the nearest one and will likely be cheaper (or very close) than the cost of the train for 4 or more people. Also means that you don't have to wait for a train and so on at the point you are ready to leave.

Think we paid 8 or 10 euros a day to park there in June.

It's 10€ for 24 hrs so cheaper than the DLP car park at 15€

I think I might take the car the first day - just to make sure we are happy with the routine etc then attempt the bus the second day

Im sure the hotel staff will help us on our way - any tips / tricks for getting there then

You can get one of several buses from the bus depot - just by the side of the RER station that go to the MLV-Chessy station

All of them cost 1 ticket per person - either the Ticket T that can be bought at the RER station - a carnet of 10 is 12,70€ or if you buy on the bus it's 1.90€ per ticket.

You can't use RER tickets on the bus but you can use metro tickets.

Children from 4 to 9 include are half price

The bus above - the 50 - goes from 2 appart-hotels at Val d'Europe and has less frequent hours
