I have read the debate about rental car or not, but on this trip we will be getting a rental. We are staying at the new worldmark property and it is a bit far to walk to and from with our group. A rental car will actually cost less then a taxi to and from long beach and the ART fare.
Since we are going Dec 2-7 and during the week it should not be busy, where is the best place to park? How does the parking work, we have never done it. We intend to arrive before opening on Wednesday, Thursday Friday and Sat. (we actually will spend little time there on Sat.) We will have free parking with AAA park hoppers.

You'll be parking in the Mickey and Friends parking structure. Just follow the signs to the parking. Have fun!

We have always parked in Mickey and Friends with the AAA free parking. I have found it to be easy and fast when we have gone in the summer. We arrive before the park opens. Don't know how it is if you arrive mid morning. We also found it no trouble to run back to the car in the early evening to leave things there and we were also able to move the car up even closer to the trams at that time.
